Community Values

Innovation requires the courage to take risks. Here, perfection is not the goal - we welcome your unfiltered thoughts, challenges, and wins equally. This is a safe space to explore new ideas and build new skills openly and supportively.

Community Mindset

WELL is a member-driven collective. This group is what we make it together — speak up, offer to help, and ask for what you need.

Here's what we ask of you:

Be Loud: Your voice matters! Your thoughts, ideas, questions, and answers make this a stronger community, and you are encouraged to be bold and chime in - you don’t need to be perfect here.

Be Proud: Shout your accomplishments to the community! Share and promote yourself in the relevant channels (like #announcements) and we’ll be cheering you on. Please limit promotional posts to 2x per week.

Be Inclusive: Be kind to one another, and be open to learning. Always refrain from derogatory language. We have a zero tolerance for hate, and you will be removed immediately for any hateful messages.

The Small Print:

Honor System: To reduce barriers to entry to this community, we no longer personally review every application. We ask members to self-attest that they meet our membership criteria as a woman or nonbinary person.

Removal: We reserve the right to delete any post, or remove any member of the community for violating the guidelines above.
